Ingredients
  1. 1 cup frozen cherries
  2. 1 - 2 Medjool dates, depending on desired sweetness
  3. ¼ cup rolled oats*
  4. 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  5. 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  6. 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  7. 1 scoop of your favourite protein powder (optional)
  8. 1 -2 handfuls of baby spinach (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into any standard blender and blend until smooth. This smoothie can be made in advance and stored in the fridge for extra thickness and creaminess. The longer it sits, the thicker it gets!
