Ingredients
  1. 4 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  2. 2 Tbsp Xylitol
  3. 2 tsp Vanilla Essence
  4. 3/4 Cup Almond Milk or Oat Milk (or any form of milk)
  5. 1/2 Cup Frozen/Fresh Blueberries
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, mix together the milk,xylitol and vanilla.
  2. Mix in the Chia Seeds (make sure that they are properly mixed in).
  3. Pour the mixture into glasses, adding a few blueberries half way.
  4. Place in the fridge overnight.
  5. Top with more blueberries.
  6. Enjoy.
