Ingredients
  1. 1 cup (240ml) freshly squeezed orange juice
  2. 1/2 cup (120ml) filtered water
  3. 1/2 teaspoon probiotic powder (optional, see post)
  4. 1 medium avocado, peeled and pitted
  5. 1 cup (160g) fresh blueberries
  6. 1/4 cup (60g) plain or vanilla-flavored vegan yogurt
  7. 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (optional)
  8. 1 cup (160g) frozen blueberries
  9. 1/2 cup (80g) frozen raspberries
  10. 15 fresh mint leaves, plus more to taste
  11. Pinch of Celtic sea salt (optional)
  12. Optional boosters
  13. 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
  14. 1 tablespoon açaí powder
  15. 2 teaspoons maqui powder
Instructions
  1. Throw everything into your blender (including any boosters) and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
