Your club will receive from Escapades Vélo all the security advantages for organizing a stay abroad, namely:

  • Our customer service will provide you with all the information at your club for the journey to the Resort and how to get to our personalized reservation center (no need for you to go and wait with the regular customers of the Resort to get your keys). Escapades Vélo has its own reception desk at one of the apartments in the Escapades Vélo Zone.
  • Your club and its members will receive the exact route to get to the personalized reception service of Escapades vélo.

All these services and the use of GPS cycling circuits in the region are available to your club’s travel committee as well as a collaboration with Escapades Vélo on the site to facilitate the work of your club’s organizers.

Your group will be able to hold meetings or dinners on site or relax under our marquee near an outdoor swimming pool, BBQ and the mild spring air of Virginia a month before the Quebec cyclists.

  • Every trip to the United States complies with the Government’s requirements to be under the guidance of a certified travel agent. Escapades Vélo offers this service and exempts your club from this obligation.
