FRIED APPLE WITH PEAR AND MOZZARELLA

Ingredients
  1. 3 tbsp bread crumbs
  2. 1 tsp flour
  3. 1 tsp parmesan
  4. pinch of salt and pepper
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1 apple
  7. 1 pear
  8. 1 mozzarella ball
  9. olive oil for frying
  10. mint leaves
  11. balsamic vinegar (I used thick balsamic sauce)
Instructions
  1. First cut an apple and pear in thin slices. Heat a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil and fry each slice for about 1 minute on each side. Set aside.
  2. Mix bread crumbs with a flour, parmesan, salt and pepper in one plate and in the other lightly beat an egg.
  3. Cut mozzarella in slices.
  4. Pour 1 more tablespoon of an oil on a frying pan, than cover each slice of mozzarella with an egg, then with bread crumbs mix and fry on each side for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. To serve it place apple slice on pear slice, then mozzarella, mint leaves, few drops of balsamic vinegar and repeat again. Looks funny and tastes amazing.
