Plum Clafoutis full of Chocolate

Ingredients
  1. 60 g ground almonds
  2. 25 g cacao
  3. 1 pinch of sea salt
  4. 80 g organic honey
  5. 1 vanilla bean
  6. 3 organic eggs (size M)
  7. 250 ml cream
  8. 180 g dark chocolate
  9. 15 g butter
  10. 8 big plums
Instructions
  1. Mix the almond flour, cocoa powder and salt in a bowl. Scratch the pulp out of the vanilla bean and stir separately with the eggs, cream and honey. Stir the mass into the flour mixture until the batter is smooth. Blend in the chopped chocolate. Melt the butter in an ovenproof pan (13 cm diameter) and fill in the batter. Halve and pit the plums and spread over the batter. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180°C in the preheated oven.
