Vanilla Blueberry Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 Tbsp Xylitol
- 2 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 3/4 Cup Almond Milk or Oat Milk (or any form of milk)
- 1/2 Cup Frozen/Fresh Blueberries
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the milk,xylitol and vanilla.
- Mix in the Chia Seeds (make sure that they are properly mixed in).
- Pour the mixture into glasses, adding a few blueberries half way.
- Place in the fridge overnight.
- Top with more blueberries.
- Enjoy.
